RIGHTS
AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Except
with the prior written consent of UNESCO or the United Nations,
the users of these on-line kits undertake not to use the name,
official logo or emblem of UNESCO or the United Nations in their
publicity or for any other purpose, except on the promotional
materials furnished by UNESCO.

Any
modification in the form or content of the supporting materials
provided by UNESCO for circulation (Manifesto 2000, press
releases, posters, etc.) must first be authorized by UNESCO,
either by the
UNESCO
Culture of Peace Coordination
or by a
National Focal
Point.

Any
new translation of the supporting materials provided
must be submitted for approval to the UNESCO
Culture of Peace Coordination
or a National Focal
Point.

These
on-line kits do not grant or imply to their users the right to
make any declarations or commitments on behalf of UNESCO or the
United Nations.

The
users of these on-line kits shall indemnify and hold harmless
UNESCO for any breach of their obligations.

The
users of these on-line kits are responsible for collected
signatures on the Manifesto 2000 in terms of their authenticity
and quantity.
